Most of us use a predefined Style that is applied at import. By the way, in my field (fashion and beauty) I don't know anyone who uses the film simulations (either Fuji, Nikon or whatever brand) as a starting point for raw editing. You can start with the pure RAW file (standard or linear response) or with the jpeg settings (film simulations etc.) applied. Whether C1 gives you an 'adjusted file' to start with or not is a matter of configuration. We moved to C1 5 years ago, though we still have LR expertise and updates as well. I have my doubts whether any wireless transfer will approach the speed of a cabled connection.Ī few thoughts on the differences between LR and C1 as we've experienced it. Of one thing I am sure, a Bluetooth connection would be far easier to make. So I have no need fortunately to mess further with trying to pair. Both RAW and JPG are transferred to a folder of my choice and this happens quickly on my Mac. All you need is the cable, cable up, switch camera on and boom up pops Image Capture and with a couple of settings I am well away. What I have discovered is that "Image Capture" the OSX app is unbelievably fast. I've an X-T2, and to be quite honestI have given up on pairing with my OSX Sierra. I also am having this identical problem and results.

I've redone this about a dozen times now and have also done a full Mac reboot, but I always get the same result. The camera is then left displaying 'Registering this destination', but never succeeds in doing so. However at the same instant I press OK on the camera to register the destination, the Mac app just crashes. I click OK and the camera screen displays 'Registering this destination'. The camera then asks if I want to "Register this destination?".

The camera then searches for the PC, finds it (same PC ID number shown on camera screen and in window for Mac app). I choose my router SSID from the list on the XT-10 and then connect the camera to the router successfully.

Then I navigate through the menu on the XT-10 to 'PC Auto Save Setting' and 'Manual Setup'. I select 'PC Auto Save Setting' from the menu on the Mac app. I am trying to link my XT-10 with PC AutoSave for the first time. The note says "The compatibility with macOS Sierra is added". I've been waiting for a version of PC AutoSave to be available for Sierra and I noticed tonight that v1.0.1.0 is available.
